Abstract
The article describes structural-semantic organization of the Roman People's writer of Mordovia K. G. Abramov «Stepan Erzya», creates practical conditions for an adequate understanding. All of the text, its parameters and members are ordered by the author in such a way as to create the most flexible and information rich structure. The Semantic and formal part of the text is not chaotic, not accidental. They are created in accordance with certain laws, which implies the existence of band parts. Division of the text into parts with subsequent consideration of their interaction is a step on the way of decoding the information. In the novel we are dealing with two kinds of divisions of the text – volume-pragmatic and structural-semantic.
