COMPOUND ADJECTIVES IN THE CRIMEAN TATAR LANGUAGE

Abstract
The article discusses the compound adjectives in the Crimean Tatar language. The study identifies following methods of the complex adjectives formation: 1) stems composition (compounding), 2) phrase lexicalization (sometimes in combination with affixation). The study found that the compound adjectives in the Crimean Tatar language are characterized by two types of semantic relations of bases united. There are compound adjectives with coordinative relations of components and compound adjectives with subordinative relations of components.
