SEMANTIC ORGANIZATION RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH PHRASEOLOGISMS WITH COMPONENT-ZOONYMS

Abstract
The article analyzes the semantic structure of Russian and English Phrases with the component-zoonyms. The analysis showed that semantic properties of the investigated phraseological units have significant similarities. However, the semantics of the different component names of animals, which reflects the mentality of the people.
