Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of art-speech system A. P. Chekhov, his idiolect using field methods. Author lexico-semantic field “Day” is more detailed than in the national language, composition, specific semantic structure constituentof field, the structure of the field in General, affected transformative worldview of the writer.
