Abstract
The article deals with the image of the dreamer in the works of "Madame Bovary" by Flaubert and "Ingenious Hidalgo Don Quixote de la Mancha" M. Servantesa.Raskryto content concepts "bovarizm" and "quixotic". Based on the analysis of literary works identified dreams of various social strata of 16-19 centuries.
